We had a bit of snow last night, and this morning when I was outside shovelling it off of the sidewalks, I noticed that the sun was really sparkling off the snow giving it a twinkling effect. I ran and grabbed my camera to try my luck at capturing it, and this is the result. I don’t think that I really succeeded at capturing it, let’s face it, I really had no idea how to capture such things, but maybe you will still get the idea from this one…
Wow. When I first looked at it without my glasses it looked like a field of spent dandelions. Now that I have my glasses on, I can say you’ve captured the glistening snow quite effectively. Lovely.
Thanks Susan. I thought it made an interesting photo… but it still isn’t quite right. Next time I’ll try a different approach to it 🙂
I do so love snow, and hoping we get more. But alas, perhaps not so much this year in southern Missouri. I do, however, have a day off from my job at a public school due to the ice we had yesterday!! Beautiful photo!
Thank you; hope you have a great day off!
