  1. Jesus, in ministering to the Samaritan woman, gave us an example, and in the Great Commission, a command to minister to people who are “different” than us. As the Samaritans were “different” than the Jews, likewise, the people I minister to are “different” than the majority of people in the “regular” church. I worship in a “regular” church on Sunday morning, and then I minister to “Samaritans” on Sunday afternoon.

    My friend, who ministered to biker-gangs, ministered to “Samaritans” which the “regular” church had no idea even how to minister to them. His pastor admitted that he would be totally-lost about how to minister to bikers.

    We each have unique gifts for ministering to people where they are, as they are.
