  1. Yesterday, I taught my 4-6th grade Sunday School class on the birth of the Church from Acts 2. The fact that Gentiles and Jews would now make up the body of Christ – that middle wall of “segregation” banished. Oh, what a wonderful thought, especially for us Gentiles, but pride and prejudice (not the novel) will always put the kabosh on God’s plans. Where comes the arrogance! The superiority? WE know, of course. In the Sunday School class, we will get to Peter’s vision & Cornelius, as well has his reprimand by Paul for separating himself… so even the great Apostle took some time to overcome. I truly think it will take joint and severe persecution to meld us together.

  2. This is a very thought provoking post. I don’t think enough people live those words. I don’t think I do enough of the time either. Thank you for having the courage to bring it further into the light of day.

  3. I always wanted to ask but felt it “politically incorrect “, why did Jesus say to the Canaanite woman, “It is not right to take the children’s bread and toss it to the dogs.”
